This is a microsurgical procedure aimed at healing and saving tooth tissue. The most common cause of dental pulp inflammation is well known to everyone &#8211; caries. Pain as a symptom appears only when caries begins to threaten the nerve, so it belongs to late symptoms. Endodontics involves precise diagnostics, but also cleaning of infected tissue, cleaning of inflamed canals and treatment &#8211; to end the process either with fillings or with other types of restorations, depending on the damage done.
